1 ½ oz whiskey

Muddle mint leaves, powdered sugar, and water in the bottom of the glass. Fill the glass with shaved or crushed ice and add bourbon. Top with more ice and garnish with a mint sprig. Serve with a straw.
2 ½ oz bourbon whiskey

Muddle a the mint leaves in the bottom of an 8-ounce silver mint julep cup until mixture forms a paste. Fill the cup half full with crushed ice. Add prepared simple syrup, water, and bourbon. Stir until the silver cup is frosted on the outside. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
2 ½ oz bourbon whiskey

1 dash of orange bitters

Combine the bourbon whiskey, vermouth, and bitters with a few ice cubes in a mixing glass and stir gently. Place the cherry in the chilled glass and strain the whiskey mixture over it. Rub the cut edge of the orange peel over the lip of the glass and twist it over the drink to release the oils but don't drop it in.

Combine sugar, water, and angostura bitters in an old-fashioned glass. Drop in a cherry. Muddle into a paste using he back end of a spoon. Pour in bourbon, fill with ice, and stir.

Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in the gin and squeeze in the juice from the lime. Top with club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Cover the bottom of the glass with fresh mint leaves. Add the fresh lime juice that has been sweetened with simple syrup. Muddle juice and leaves. Fill the glass with ice. Top with gin and add a splash of simple syrup. Garnish with lime wedge.

Chop the thyme leaves and combine them with salt. Dampen the rim of a shot glass with agave nectar and then press into the salt mixture to coat. Put the rest of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice. Vigorously shake the mixture and strain into the glass.

½ oz Velvet Falernum
½ oz simple syrup
Juice of a lemon
1 oz ginger beer
Combine all ingredients except the ginger beer in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled. Place fresh ice in a highball glass, strain tequila mixture over ice, adding a splash of ginger beer as you pour.

Rub the lip of a chilled martini glass with a lime wedge and press into sugar. Combine all ingredients except the grenadine into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into the martini glass. Add a splash of grenadine and garnish with a lime wheel.

2 fresh mint sprigs
1 tbsp sugar
1 ½ oz fresh lime juice

Chop the basil and mint leaves. Muddle the chopped mint and basil leaves with sugar and lime juice in the bottom of the glass until sugar is dissolved and stir in rum. Add ice cubes and top off drink with club soda. Stir drink well and garnish with mint, basil, and lime.
2 oz dark rum
6 oz ginger beer
Squeeze of lime

Place several ice cubes in the glass and add the rum. Top with the ginger beer, and add a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Garnish with the lime wedge and stir.

Fill a Collins glass with ice. Pour in mango and orange rum. Add orange juice and a dash of grenadine and top with club soda. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Squeeze the juice of half a lime into a Collins glass. Add ice cubes. Pour the remaining ingredients into the glass. Stir well and garnish with a lime wedge.

In cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the egg white, Pisco, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously until mixture is frothy, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Finish with a few drops of bitters.

1 cup hot water
1 tea bag
Coat the bottom of a glass mug with honey. Add the brandy squeeze in a lemon quarter. On the side, heat water in a tea kettle and add the tea bag to make hot tea. Pour the steaming tea into the glass and stir. Garnish with the other quarter of the lemon.

Add brandy, grenadine, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously to combine and strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with the lime wedge.

½ oz Benedictine
½ oz orange curacao
½ oz lemon juice
Lemon peel
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add brandy, Benedictine, orange curacao, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously until contents are thoroughly chilled and strain into a cocktail glass. To finish, garnish with the lemon peel.

Nutmeg
Add the honey and brandy to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and vigorously shake to combine. Strain the mixture into an aparatif glass and top with a spoonful of fresh whipped cream. Grate fresh nutmeg to finish.
